RUDIS, the leading Apparel company in Wrestling, located in Marysville, Ohio, is looking for highly organized, sales minded candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of event staff. Event staff is responsible for working under the instructions of an event manager, setting up and tearing down, assisting customers, and being a positive representation of the RUDIS brand.
Answering directly to the Director of Events, event staff need to attend to the needs of event-goers, requiring physical stamina, high energy levels, and a positive attitude. You would ideally have 1 year of experience in retail or events and a willingness to learn through the Apparel and Wrestling business.

Responsibilities:
- Working under the instructions of an Event Manager/ Tournament Director
- Ensuring excellent levels of customer service
- Loading and unloading equipment from trucks and setting up venues for events
- Setting up the “pop-up store” including shelving and displays
- Upholding brand standards
- Effectively operating cash register systems
- Maintaining an orderly and organized gear display space
- Travel will be required for majority of events
Qualifications:
- High School Degree or GED preferred
- Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
- Physical stamina and high energy levels
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent multitasking ability
- Capable of lifting and moving products
