Job Description:
RUDIS is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager Director to lead our product management team in developing and launching innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading successful product launches, managing product development lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of product managers and oversee the development and launch of new products and system improvements
- Develop and implement product strategy in alignment with business goals
- Conduct internal research and analyze customer needs to identify new product opportunities
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, including prioritization of features and enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful system development and launch
- Work closely with the executive team to set system goals and communicate progress
- Develop pricing strategies and conduct pricing analysis to ensure profitability
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer and stakeholder feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Manage the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing support
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, department leaders and executive team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a technology-driven industry
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Experience with managing budgets and negotiating software contracts is a plus
- Strong understanding of market trends, and competitive landscape in the industry
