  • RETURN POLICY

    RUDIS prides itself in customer service. In order to have the best possible shopping experience, you are provided with an extended 60-day FREE Returns on unused merchandise for the holiday season. All that is required from you, the customer, is to send back the items in its original packaging, and in new condition.

    • FREE returns for unworn and unused items purchased from rudis.com for up to 60 days after order delivery.
    • Items MUST be in the same condition received in with original packaging, including tags. If the item or the original item’s package are damaged, the order is subject to a partial refund.
    • For shoe returns please ship the shoe box back in a protective outer carton. DO NOT use the shoe box as a shipping carton – If the shipping label is applied to the original shoe box packaging the order will not be fully refunded and is subject to a 50% refund.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Used items may only be returned if deemed defective and returned within 30 days of purchase date.
    • To return a gift, please provide the original order number and a refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate.
  • HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

    1. Complete the Return Form
    2. A RUDIS Team Member will email you an RMA # and FREE Return Label. Please allow 48 hours to process your return before a shipping label is generated.
    3. Place the item(s) in a secure box
    4. Write the RMA # provided clearly on the outside of the box
    5. Place the prepaid shipping label on the package
    6. Drop off your package to the carrier on the return label

    Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This will reflect within 2-3 business days.

    • Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
    • NOTE: Our standard return policy does not apply to Custom Team Gear orders and other bulk order circumstances. Please call 937.738.6900 to speak with a manager concerning special terms for these types of orders.
  • EXCHANGE POLICY

    We do not accept exchanges for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply follow our FREE Return process for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like

    • RUDIS does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for items purchased through 3rd party retailers.
