UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of UX/UI projects to enhance the customer experience across all digital platforms
- Create a user experience that is uniform across all platforms and is second to none
- Analyze site metrics and business needs to improve overall engagement, usability, and conversion
- Create, maintain, update, and enforce UX guidelines for all digital platforms
- Create wireframes of User Interface (UI) designs for the RUDIS e-commerce website and other digital properties
- Create site maps and customer journey maps
- Provides UX/UI direction to Front End Development team
Qualifications:
- Experience developing web applications in frameworks such as Laravel
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a User Interface Designer or User Experience Designer
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Web Development languages (HTML, Javascript, CSS)
- Portfolio of work demonstrating ability to create digital experiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Excellent knowledge of Marketing/Retail best practices for the web
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects from concept through final production
- Skill in working with complex product requirements
- Skill in working with Development teams
- Skill in responsive web and mobile design principles and technologies
- Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, both in writing and verbally, with management, team members and vendors
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Open to development of skills and knowledge
- Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to change
