RUDIS prides itself in customer service. In order to have the best possible shopping experience, you are provided with a 30-day FREE Returns on unused merchandise. All that is required from you, the customer, is to send back the items in its original packaging, and in new condition.

• FREE returns for unworn and unused items purchased from rudis.com for up to 30 days after order delivery.
• Items MUST be in the same condition received in with original packaging, including tags. If the item or the original item's package are damaged, the order is subject to a partial refund.
• For shoe returns please ship the shoe box back in a protective outer carton. DO NOT use the shoe box as a shipping carton - If the shipping label is applied to the original shoe box packaging the order will not be fully refunded and is subject to a 50% refund.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Used items may only be returned if deemed defective and returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• To return a gift, please provide the original order number, and a refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate.

We do not accept exchanges for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply follow our FREE Return process for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like
